Drain Hero came round and fixed a blocked kitchen pipe that we've been having trouble with for ages.

We rang Drain Hero urgently as we and our neighbours had block drains in our back gardens. He came promptly and assessed the situation and informed us that we should contact Southern Water. He said by contacting Southern Water we would not have to pay to have the drain unblocked. He said he could do the job but this would save us the cost. We were really surprised at his honesty as in this day and age there are so many ‘cowboys’ about. We would recommend highly Drain Hero’s to anybody with blocked drains in the assurance of receiving a professional and honest job done.

We had Drain Hero out the other day. Came out an hour after I called them. Fixed the problem of a blocked toilet. Fantastic service and would 100% recommend them. Also a great price.
