    Brilliant! Third set of plumbers I contacted for problem in elderly parent's property. Already had Thames Water and another firm try to fix without success, but the two gentlemen that turned up were persistent and sorted out the matter within an hour. Both were very pleasant, amiable and polite and resolved the issue. This saved me having to take up the wooden flooring in the parent's sun lounge to try and locate the access cover to the rear of the property, Cannot recommend highly enough.
