I fully accept this very regrettable customer experience. In fact the customer was very understanding about the whole situation and I thank them for that. I did make an error regarding the lighting which I admitted before the fitting was started and this was resolved fully but did mean a delay in the lighting being done. The worktop was a mistake by our supplier and we did manage to get it resolved and fitted the correct worktop the next working day. We take feedback very seriously and on this occasion we fell short of the required standard, we did everything we could to resolve the issues promptly.
