Steve was very helpful in choosing and advising. Happy with the quote. A huge bonus that they took away old worktops, sinks etc Jamie & Pete good workers and was delighted with the finished result. Cleaned up after themselves. A small issue with a couple of doors was put right with absolutely no quibble. Customer Service is especially important, and they step up to the plate.

We purchased our house 2 years ago - It had a new WREN Kitchen fitted in 2019 but the unit doors & drawers started de-laminating. WREN were not interested. We contacted Dream Doors in Derby to ask about replacements. Steve came out and measured up & advised & quoted us without pressure. Order placed. The new doors & drawer fronts were fitted with professional care & consideration by 3 excellent tradesmen - No mess, no fuss just a perfect experience for us. Well done Steve & Team at Dream Doors. Richard manager at Dream Doors, very helpful helping us choose our new doors from colour to design of the doors, allowed us as much time to decide as we kept changing our mind, Phil from Dream Doors come round following week to measure our doors also our new cooker & sink great help having his expertise , Lee , Dream doors, carpenter a very professional person , I am so pleased how my new kitchen looks, I would highly recommend Lee such a lovely person Ann😀

Dream Doors Derby were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Julie in the showroom was incredibly helpful as was Steve who patiently kept up with me while I changed my mind over and over again. The installation team were skilled, professional and worked seamlessly together – and they worked very fast with minimum disruption. My kitchen is perfect and everything I’d hoped it would be.

After around 14 weeks kitchen complete, planning issues meant I ended up with handles, (not of my choice, which I don't particularly like) had to wait for replacement doors, items delivered wrong and replaced with alternatives, not of my original brand choice, inner cupboard drawers not my choice, but kept, waste pipe from new sink outside was left unsightly finished, until I pointed it out, then rectified, new tap had a water bleb which dropped at random, no offer to sort, and the new oven was connected to an extension cable with a 3 point adaptor!
