Met Serve Ltd is a family run plumbing firm that trades as Dyno Plumbing in Surrey, Sussex, parts of Middlesex and South-West London; having done so since 2005. As a specialist emergency plumbing team we are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
With over 45 fully trained and highly skilled plumbers we undertake all aspects of plumbing; from fixing leaking taps to complete installation of bathrooms and Water Supply Pipes using Moling Equipment. Our engineers are home based and operate within their local area; meaning not only can you have confidence in our brand and size; that the attending Engineer is local to you.
We believe the only business worth growing is a sustainable business - therefore at the heart of everything we do are 3 key principles; safety, honesty, integrity. Each Engineer is CRB cleared. Plus we continuously hold internal training courses and put our team through external training sessions to ensure they continue to have the confidence and skill to excel in their role.
On 28th June 2017 we were delighted to be awarded the HSBC and BFA Customer Focus Business of the Year Award 2017. A fellow Dyno Business won the same award in 2018 also.
In March 2018 we were awarded the Dyno National Health & Safety Award. This was for the 3rd time in 6 years.

Radiator install
We were very satisfied with the installation of our new radiators. The plumbers work was of very professional standard and he treated our home with the utmost respect. I would have no hesitation in recommending Met Serve and their professional approach in all matters concerning their work.
Replace a pipe and fix a leak
Firstly, they never completed the job. This company is utterly dreadful. After taking £1100 of my elderly Mother's money not only did they leave her without hot water or central heating for almost a month they also switched her water off without telling her. They never fixed the leak and when we asked them to come back to complete the job they asked for an additional £300. Their staff on the phone are rude, confrontational, dismissive and ill equipped to deal with customers. I have no idea why British Gas has aligned itself with a company that offers such appalling service. Do not trust them.
Water leak
Plumber located leak and fixed problem quickly and efficiently. Had to pull a few things apart but everything was put back professionally and cleanly. I was shown photo of problem and plumber explained how repair was carried out
No work carried out
Poor service - Dyno Plumbing have turned up twice with the wrong toilet and have taken 3 months plus to get the "correct toilet" only to be told at 4pm last friday (when the appointment was 12-3pm) that the contractor is off today! Who is running this ??show? Absolute shambles! Only now when I threaten to not pay for the shambolic work already done do I get told I will refer you to management but you won't get a call today! No ?? sherlock! For the record I wont be paying the invoice! Update - Now tuesday and no call from management! can never speak to anyone of authority either! swerve!
New shower pump installed
Professional job carried out with minimal disruption and to a very good standard. Very pleasant and courteous young man who came out the evening before due to an emergency phone call I made to British Gas Care package regarding water escape from the shower pump. I am an older and slightly disabled person and was very distressed by the water escape. He turned off the valve and stopped the flow of water then came back the following morning after phoning to tell me the work would cost £15 extra from what he quoted me the night before. Came and installed new pump on his day off! That's service.
Pipe work repaired
Dyno plumbing came promptly and fixed the paperwork, replacing where necessary. This involved cutting through the wall which was very tricky. He left the area clean and tidy.
