Brought in by bookcase installation company to ensure that electrical work they had done was safe as a high reading had previously been taken. They checked extensively and made a slight alteration to make the circuit even safer. A comprehensive explanation was given as to the previous anomaly and a safety certificate promptly emailed to me. When I rang them for further reassurance, they were very understanding and calmed my concerns.

Very polite, was able to complete the job to high satisfaction.
