The EPC review was extremely thorough. Took a little longer than the 30min estimate but happy with service overall & the assessor was very polite / detailed

The company arranged a convenient day to call. He was a little delayed but advised so we were aware. Pleasant young man who carried out the inspection, all done within the hour and report was available on the gov.Web site the next day. Excellent service.

Easy to book, price reasonable. quick appointment, although surveyor couldn't come on booked day so rearranged for next day. Received notification that the EPC certificate had been registered a few hours later. When checked, it had been linked to the recently expired certificate for nextdoor property. Contacted the surveyor direct, she called back quickly to say it must be a glitch in the govt. system. I called the register office number and explained, it was sorted in 2 days. Payment request received next day, paid online by credit card. All good!
