The assessor arranged by EPC Choice Ltd arrived on time and carried out a thorough assessment of our property which took around two and a half hours. Once we paid for the report it was provided very quickly. We were very happy with the service we received.

Great service, easy communication, booked at a time convenient to me and turned up on time. Friendly inspector did the job and EPC was published later that day.
