Contact after my original request was very quick. I was kept informed of the process and time schedule throughout. On completion of the survey I was I was issued a survey report. I did have a few questions on the findings which were answered very professionally and with guidance for any future requirements.

EPC choice responded promptly and arranged multiple inspections in in a very reasonable time. There was some confusion regarding VAT and I was quoted two different prices by two different people. The assessors turned up on time and was polite and professional. Unfortunately the quality of the reports let them down. Due to a 'glitch' in the system a property was rated at a D i.s.o. a C. There are still several outstanding issues on the reports to which I have been trying to get answers for a week.
