Fix gas oven knob that wasn't turning off
8.5Verified ReviewEasily booked an initial 30 minute call out. Engineer arrived in the timeframe given. Removed cooker control panel to diagnose problem. Lubricated and adjusted micro switch that seemed to be issue, reassembled, tested, reset cooker timers. Polite, tidy and pleasant. Issue seems fixed.

10Verified ReviewMy old dishwasher broke down and despite the engineer’s best efforts was deemed to be unrepairable, I asked for a quotation for a replacement machine which I received later that same day, I found the prices reasonable, made my selection and placed the order, my new dishwasher was with me and fitted within three days, my old machine was taken away along with all of the new one’s packaging. The engineer was very pleasant, tidy, respectful to my property and only left once he was assured I was happy with everything. I would happily recommend Eastleigh Services to anyone.

10Verified ReviewI placed an email request for an engineer to visit the following week. However, within 15minutes of sending the email, I received a phonecall asking if I would like the engineer to call immediately. Adam duly arrived and assessed the problem. He decided that a new, longer lead was needed on the dishwasher and fitted this, along with a new wastewater pipe. He improved the routing of both the pipe and the lead and the dishwasher now slides back further beneath the worktop. He tested that the dishwasher now worked. We found him very helpful, polite and cheerful, as well as extremely skilled.

We specialise in the repair and installation of many types of Domestic and Commercial appliances. We have 6 highly skilled engineers each with over 20 years field experience. We have earned a reputation for delivering a fast, reliable and friendly service with our team of mobile engineers ready to assist with a large range of breakdowns, as well as new appliance installations.

Our friendly Admin department are available to receive customer calls during office hours, and to book an engineers visit often same or next working day. Out-of-hours commercial engineers are available for emergency commercial calls. Our ISO9001 status ensures we are structured with a dedicated spares team to provide quotations and source spare parts quickly - so we can get your broken down appliance back up and running as fast as possible! We mainly cover Hampshire and areas within 30 miles of our Eastleigh base.
