E9 fault on boiler
Arrived on time sorted the boiler and spent time bleeding the radiators around the house. Very tidy and very personable who got on with the job.

Boiler service with system check
Jack Rounding responded quickly to my checkatrade request. He was prompt, efficient and friendly. When he had to change the time of arrival he let me know in plenty of time and was true to the new timing. To have someone who communicates well is a rare and much appreciated skill these days. Boiler Service
I decided to have my Worcester boiler serviced after it displayed a 227 error. I mentioned this to Jack when he attended and he asked me what a 227 error was, which I thought he should know. After his 'service' the boiler now stops working every day with a 2951 error and needs to be reset. I can't leave the heating on overnight as the boiler wont run that long without stopping and displaying the error. Jack refused to return unless I paid him again which I disagreed with.
