Conservatory roof
The insulated roof has been badly fitted. 2 of the velux windows installed now leak. The rain pours off the roof and comes in through 2 doors and a window. Water pools off the roof and floods in through a door. Eclipse ignore my calls and contact. Installed a new roof. Have been horrific from start to finish. Should have installed new flashing, as per standard protocols when installing a new roof. They didn't. My room in the roof was insulated and other work done to improve ventilation.

Attic insulation and ventilation.
On that busy October morning we in Marlborough Road, Shipley we’re looking forward to the work starting. Three friendly young men began to cover the attic and staircases ready to begin. The work was carried out by many teams. We met a lot of workers who were all friendly and hardworking and got to know them quite well.We did supply plenty cups of tea/ coffee, biscuits which were appreciated. We thought the standard of workmanship was good and are pleased with the end result. We liked the way your office kept in touch with us, and Paul looking after our interests.
