10Verified ReviewCavity wall insulation completed through the grant scheme - had to pay an administration fee. Surveyor had to look at property first. Did not have to wait long for work to be done - arrived on time, job was completed quickly and efficiently. Guarantee certificate received by email.

However the company are now not able to provide all of the documents I need to remortgage, making my property unmortgageable. I have been in contact with them for the last 7 weeks trying to get all documentation however each time I am ignored for weeks at a time and they do not get in contact with me again. Save yourself a lot of time and frustration, completely avoid this company.

0.5Verified ReviewI signed a contract with this company for loft insulation through the grant scheme, with a contribution from us, for removing existing boards. Upon arriving, the worker mentioned that he hadn't been informed of the extras, left with no explanation, and I had to call them multiple times. It turns out their surveyor (who spent 3 hours here) screwed up, and we're not eligible for the grant due to the current configuration of our loft (?!?). We paid for the work, received no alternative andwere left with a mess in our house and are trying to chase them down to get our money back. Stay away!!!
