ECIR
I am a Non Resident Landlord. ECOLEC Electrical Contractors of Southampton were contracted to do an ECIR The job was done on 27/01/20 and on 09/02/20 I received from ECOLEC a simple list of defects with the costs to rectify the listed defects. The ECIR job was invoiced on 10/2/17 and payment was made to ECOLEC on 11/2/20. I have not received a copy of the ECIR which ECOLEC were contracted and paid. This is unprofessional, rude and not to the "Standards" I was offered.

Fault rectification on short circuit electrics.
