• Rats in our large garage roof

  I found Wesley James at Ecotech Ltd, Reviews said that he was really good, helpful and succesful at his job. A cheery friendly young man appeared, looked around the damage and proposed 3 visits. Bait points were placed in various locations in the roof space, on the ground, and outside in the garden where a large rathole had appeared beside the garage. As I had been an agricultaral consultant we could talk products and procedures. Visit two found some bait taken, points topped up. No new droppings, detritus etc appeared. Visit 3 - all clear. Brilliant, thank you, reviews were spot on!

  I can’t praise Wes enough for the work he carried out for us. Always courteous and on time. Excellent communication and full detail given about the work he was carrying out. Follow up appointments to ensure his work was successful. Hopefully I will not need his services again but should I encounter further problems I would have no hesitation to get Wes (eco tech pest control) to come back. Living in a rural area can be a challenge but Wes took every effort to ensure our needs were met

  We had noisy rats in the kitchen extension's void with limited access via spotlights. Our initial baiting attempts failed because of a concealed barrier. When Wes discovered the issue, he generously provided a follow-up visit, spending ample time with us, addressing our concerns, and providing thorough guidance. After Wes conducted a comprehensive inspection, we promptly sealed potential entry points. Suspecting a sewage connection as the source of the problem, Wes suggested installing a non-return valve. Thanks to his expertise, the rat issue was successfully resolved. We couldn't be happier.
