  New floor

  Assured me workmen would arrive promptly for 8am, for the 3 days no one arrived until after 8am. Work completed was of poor quality. Pieces of skirting board removed without reason and stuck back on with no care leading to damage to our wall. Part of flooring was not put down properly and popped back up with sharp pins sticking out. On requesting repair of this work when tradesperson was meant to show up he did not, said he would call and didn’t, meaning we had pins sticking out yet paid £1.9Kon flooring. Fortunately this was resolved however the picture below shows what is left as a result.

  Hi holy We came along and carried out your job professionally and to a high standard. I tried contacting you on several occasions to pop along and resolve your loose door bar but you didn’t respond. There were no skirtings missed, and as soon as you were available we came along and fixed the loose door trim. The job looked amazing and maybe you should put the pictures up of completed job so we can see what the problem is, as I popped along and job was amazing and done to a very high standard. It’s a shame you have left a review that seems very unfair based on the job you have received.
