    Rats had gained entry to out loft space.

    Used Checkatrade to find professional trades persons. Received callback from Effective Pest Control within five minutes. Discussed problem with Kush, who scheduled a visit for the same day. Kush was friendly, polite and professional - respecting our property. Survey concluded likely entry was the drains and the rats were almost certainly entering the loft space via our cavity wall. Agreed on poison in loft and the installation of a rat flap fitted in our drains. Flap was fitted the next day and we have not had any further problems. Kush has revisited to check flap and loft. Happy with progress

    I firstly spoke to kush on the phone. Very polite and helpful. Ryan turned up,very punctual. A true professional,who knew his stuff. Took his time to make sure I knew what to expect. He revisited a week later.A positive result with two catches! Would use this firm again,highly recommended A+

    Couldn’t recommend highly enough. First visit they manage to come on the day of getting in contact with them. Very professional Clean and tidy In comparison to the other companies I got in contact with they were much more reasonable priced. I will be recommending to anyone I no that could require there serves.

    Mice and rat infestation

    Effective Pest Solutions and in particular Kush, have been sensational. There knowledge and attention to detail is second to none, and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They sorted out a mice problem with ease and also identified a rat problem within the sewer system which was causing a different smell which Kush has been brilliant at sorting, considering it is a very complex issue involving sewers and drainage between two semi-detached properties. A wonderful guy to deal with who has been 1st class every step of the way
