Have used Ela's Cleaning for a few years but reliability has dropped off a cliff. My cleaner used to come at a regular time once every 2 weeks, but is now routinely turning up 3-4 hours late. Probably on a job the other side of London. Never told in advance that they're going to be late, you just find out on the day!

Reliable and good service

We have engaged Ela’s Cleaning and Ironing Services since September 2025 for a domestic clean every 2 weeks. The quality of work is really excellent - we are continually impressed by the work our wonderful cleaner, Tatiana, manages to do within only 2 hours. She pays so much attention to detail and goes above and beyond to make our flat beautifully clean and tidy. Communication with Robin on the admin team is always very quick and efficient. Highly recommend!

The team are really helpful and responsive from my initial enquiry through to my regular clean. My cleaner is great and reliable. Would recommend.
