Ela’s team has provided fortnightly cleaning for me for the last couple of years. The quality has always been excellent. Ela is also flexible at rearranging cleans or finding replacements when our regular cleaner is away.

Have used Ela's Cleaning for a few years but reliability has dropped off a cliff. My cleaner used to come at a regular time once every 2 weeks, but is now routinely turning up 3-4 hours late. Probably on a job the other side of London. Never told in advance that they're going to be late, you just find out on the day!
