  Garage conversion

  We had a garage conversion completed by Del and his team. Everything happened when it was planned to and at the agreed cost. The quality of the work was second to none and never rushed. James and Khie were on site working long days and carried out their work diligently, professionally and respectfully. I am extremely pleased with the finished product and unreservedly recommend them.

  Kitchen Extension with new Shower and WC installation

  Del and his team were a pleasure to work with from the start of the project . Building Work was done to a very high standard and to quote and the attention to detail was clearly evident in all aspects and areas of the build process. At the end of every day the team left the site clean, neat and tidy and Del was on hand to monitor the work, give advice and help to resolve any problems that you always find with any new building projects. This was a great help in reducing the anxiety and stress that comes with any building work I would highly recommend Del if you need any kind of building work

  Kitchen refurbishment

  Elm Park Building Services did an excellent job. They took great pride in the work and had excellent attention to detail. The builders and fitters were reliable and took a proactive approach to problem solving. The units recommended were of a high quality and beautifully fitted. We were so pleased we asked them to fit a back porch as well. I would thoroughly recommend.

  Kitchen Fitters - Installation

  Utility room install

  Del and the team installed our utility room to a very high standard. Del was able to recommend a good quality supplier who we met with to design the space, and then Del worked directly with the supplier to optimise the designs (slightly tweaking the room dimensions to that we could gain extra cupboard space). Delivery and installation was arranged seamlessly. We are very happy with the finished product.

  Garage conversion into an office and utility room

  We are so pleased with our recent garage conversion. Del was on hand throughout to provide advice and guidance on key decisions and project managed the entire project. He payed meticulous attention to detail throughout, ensuring that all work was completed to very high standards. Darren and Ben (part of the team) were also excellent builders and were both very friendly and hardworking. We completely trusted them with our keys when we were away during one point in the project and they ensured each day that our house was secured. Couldn’t recommend Del and the team highly enough.
