Friendly and efficient service
We had a power outage at about 8.00 pm and called EMP365. They came out within half-an-hour, found the fault on our system and restored power to our home. Fitting 2 x panel lights and replacing some blown LED downlights - Great Job!
Excellent service from start to finish. Turned up on time, was professional, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The quality of the work was excellent, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Really appreciated how clearly everything was explained, with no pressure or unnecessary upselling. It’s hard to find reliable tradespeople these days, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and will definitely use him again.
