Getting rid of mice
Scott Vale was assigned to my work and I cannot praise him highly enough. Very professional, very well-informed and very empathetic. Always on time and polite and got the job done! The problem was dealt with efficiently over the first few months and I signed up for a maintenance contract, which has given me peace of mind.

Mice infestation.
The technician I had was very polite and punctual he kept in contact with me through my treatment even sending me texts between each visit to make sure there was no more activity taking place in my property. By my final visit they had solved the problem and blocked of the entry points. I would highly recommend.
Mouse infestation
Despite me informing them that my mice were not taking any poison whatsoever, even professional poisons, they simply put more poisons and some foam, but they didn't take the boards off the bottom of the kitchen cupboards to get to where the mice were clearly living to check for entry points. The mice kept dancing around the place with no trouble in the world. The money I paid to this company was completely wasted. I have now had to pay another (more professional) company to actually do the job required and they found holes behind the cupboards that the mice were using, and plugged them.
