2.75 New roof on renovated property

Entire roof done in 2015 but company omitted to adequately seal extractor fan outlet resulting in a leak. On inspection Empire Roofing advised that all was well, but independent surveys confirmed that the area had not been adequately sealed and peripheral water damage made the roof spongey and in need of repair. Despite sharing the report with the company over a month ago and chasing a solution, they have failed to acknowledge my emails and the recent surveyors report - despite numerous chaser emails- or to address the issues, despite the work being guaranteed for 10 yearsVerified reviewerJob location: N210 New sloping and flat roof

To put this into context I had damp patches appearing around both the sky light and above the stairs next to parti wall in the hallway . They came when they said they would to price the job . They went on the roof , took pics of all the problem areas and explained to me how to fix it in language I could understand . We booked the job in and a 5 man team turned up on agreed date . They were done by 1.30 pm . They provided pics of the work in progress and the finished work . I would highly recommend Empire roofing services Ltd .
