Not trust worthy, reliable and would not recommend - AVOID
Excellecnt initial work, completely eclipsed by a total failure of honouring 1 year guarantee - failures of work seen within 2 months of installation. Project Details: Full main bathroom, ensuite, downstairs toilet and installation of new radiations Date of Work: June, 2025 - August, 2025 Approximate Cost of Work: £15,000 During main phase of project it was largely positive, presented highly professional and competent. At the end stage, couldn't provide me with an invoice, leaking toilet, faulty radiator valves and leaking shower door - contacted him numerous times but no answer.

Full boiler service, addressing some noisy pipes installed by another contractor and replacing taps
Scott was a real gent, prompt with timing and was very clear on processes of work and what actions needed to be taken. Scott and his team were very polite and would highly recommend them and will continue to use them when required.

Reposition of boiler
Great service again from scott,moved my boiler to loft,tackling all obstacles you get moving an existing boiler,scott was professional and tidy the whole of the job will use again
