We were in a fix, following our double roller garage door failure. Enter Lee and Harry from Essex Prestige doors. We were quickly unfixed. Inevitably a new door was needed so survey was done , quote accepted - and a reasonable time later L and H reappeared with their installation kit. By lunchtime they were waving goodbye. We were quite sad to see them go, I think my wife would liked to have adopted them. Les Tyler

Easy to deal with - came out to review old door and suggested a replacement as it was beyond repair - no question ! Surveyed and made the garage security tight. Just under four weeks later called today to fit. Lee and his partner ( Brian?) rang before hand to confirm their arrival time and completed the fitting to a really high standard including the facia which was need. A proper job and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Gtee awaited.

An excellent job to replace two aging motorised up-and-over doors with colour coded motorised roller shutter doors. Good advice on options available, and delivered to schedule. Paint matched to our front door. A mornings work to fit, with all being left neat and tidy with old materials all taken away for disposal.

Ryan came promptly to assess our collapsed old roller door and measured up for a quotation for replacement which we accepted. We were given a suitable date and on the day, Ryan and Harry phoned en route to advise arrival time. They were both polite, and friendly, carrying out the works to a professional high standard, as well as clearing up after and removing all debris. They then demonstrated the safety features and generally how to operate it. We are delighted with the installation.
