A repair to the roof of a bay window
Simon arrived promptly at the prearranged time. He assessed the problem and carried out the necessary repair without any fuss. Nice man, will use him again.
New garage roof
Absolutely brilliant workmanship and always turned up on time. The men worked so hard and diligently and even added some extra little touches were not in the original remit. At the end of everyday everything was always left immaculate and all rubbish was disposed of. My garage roof originally leaked like a sieve but now thankfully is watertight. Thanks so much to Olli and team for everything. I definitely would not hesitate in recommending this lovely team of guys. Pam
New Flat Roof
From quoting the job to finishing Oli and Tom and Dan did a very professional job . Lots of communication and everything was done to a high standard and all rubbish cleared away at the end of the job . I would recommend the company highly and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again
Replacement of rear roof tiles
Would recommend Simon of Essex Property Services. He kept me informed of all the various works to be carried out whilst replacing my roof. All work to a good standard and kept workplace in tidy condition. No issues.
Roof chimney stack, brickwork, flashing, ridges. Also replace seals on 2 double glazed windows.

Simon worked hard on all aspects of the jobs involved on my property. . The photos he took and sent to me are very helpful and evidence the good standard he achieved. I am pleased with the work he undertook.
Complete new roof
Nothing wrong with the work done, nor the guys who did the graft. However boss man needs to learn how to deal with people, very harassing about payment. Agreed date, and actually paid the bill early. Haggar roofing need to learn people skills, and not badger customer with constant phone calls. Agreed a cash/bank transfer arrangement, which was actually paid earlier than agreed. Disappointing the company did not keep appointment for further work ,nor have I received the guarantee for the roof?

Simone went that extra mile to ensure my roof was all repaired even during a rainy day. His communication was great, quoted an fair price for the job and made sure everything was sorted before leave. I would definitely have Simone over again, it’s hard to find trustworthy people.

Fix hole in leaking roof
Simon is a real lifesaver! When I contacted him in a panic about our leaking roof, he was quick to respond and solved the problem for a very reasonable price.
