Excellent standard of work. Couple of hiccups - we accepted the original quote but were then told that they had forgotten to include sand and cement. However, Rebecca did offer to refund our deposit so that we could obtain other quotes if we wanted to. Also, the workman who operated the digger broke several trelisses and my washing line spike. Shane replaced this for me and also the trellisses. I was very impressed that he was here the whole time both doing some of the work himself and closely supervising the other workmen. Absolutely great work. Everything was nice neat and clean at the end. Very reliable, he even came on a horrible weather so he wont let me down. Very kind and smily person. Still waiting for the quote, nearly two weeks after Shane came to my property to discuss the job. He assured me he would send the quote within a couple of days. Thank you for your review, I visited your property to view the work and half way through being there, you realised what you wanted me to quote on wasn't an option as you had previously got someone in to dig the garden out to how you wanted and didn't take into account the drainage,so basically you have had a pond dug into your sloped back garden with a clay bottom and completely messed it up, when I left I said I would have a word with my dad to see if he could come in and sort the problem with a machine before I could quote accurately on the rest of the work, I had about 40 quotes to go through all of which require me to obtain quotes for materials from my suppliers. obviously your very impatient considering you told me you didn't have the funds at the moment to pay for it all which ment you wasn't a high priority on my list and we could of worked together over the coming weeks to come up with a plan. Thanks again for the review guess I had a lucky escape.
