Similar to other reviews I cannot recommend Marcus highly enough. In addition to punctuality, tidiness, knowledge and professionalism, I really got the sense he will go out of his way to be helpful with no fuss and bother. The problem was cleared very quickly and the camera investigation gave me a much better idea of how to proceed with future maintenance.

We cannot recommend Marcus highly enough. He responded quickly to my call for help. He was very professional, cheerful and friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. He spent a good amount of time, once he had located the problem, in double checking which other pipes and appliance outlets might have been affected. He brought in various pieces of equipment but always had a confident manner which was most reassuring. Just wish I had rung him earlier instead of living with that awful smell and spending too much money on ineffective ‘miracle’ products. Thank you Marcus!

Marcus was brilliant in throughly investigating the drains to see if there was any damage or evidence of dead vermin decomposing in them. He was very friendly and pleasant and most helpful in suggesting ways of dealing with the vermin that were probably decomposing underneath my floorboards.

Worked hard for quite a few hours in the sun on a very hot day. Work was as quoted and to a high standard. Very pleased all round with all aspects of how this job was carried out.
