Aziz provided an all round excellent service! I had been woken up in the middle of the night by the smoke alarm in the kitchen cheeping loudly. I went on Checkatrade in quite a bleary eyed state that morning, having had next to no sleep. Aziz responded immediately, treated this small job as 'an urgent' and came round to fix it that same day. I was impressed by the fact that he made time for this small job, even though he had also received a much larger job at the same time. Very happy 😃 need with his work!

Aziz from F & A Electrical did exactly what he said he'd do within the timeframe he'd anticipated. He's so polite, a really gentle guy and he did a terrific job. I can thoroughly recommend him.

Work carried out was fine. Was quoted £90/hour and job took 1hr 50 mins - so thought it was fair enough that they charged 2 hours for this. Extra 20% for VAT hadn't been discussed but was charged, also paid this. Parts totalled £40.54 so overall was overcharged approx £15, couldn't be bothered arguing about it by this point so just paid the full bill charged. Understand I could have argued further but feel the bill should be accurate to start with, and couldn't be bothered by this point and just paid.
