Quick response and brilliant service. Called him to help sort out macerator issue and everything was completed quickly with less cost.

Changed two parts of toilet systems and change kitchen tap, not only took him a long time he left a leaky pipe from which he replaced the kitchen tap and refuses to come back to correct l, this cost me 430 pound and I still need to get another plumber to fix his work

What I thought to be a several simple jobs proved to be more difficult due to having a mix of imperial and metric sized pipework, nevertheless Falxon Plumber were able to source all the needed items and worked longer at no extra costs to complete all the jobs by the end of the day. I would definately use them again. ****

Did excellent job of replacing the clay soil pipe running down the side of the house from the upstairs toilet. Very happy.

Totally disappointed and do not recommend him to any one. cheating innocent people. Called for a drain block, came and opened the outside drain cover and flushed the toilet. Said, he will charge 50 pounds for call out and 200-300 pounds for repair which may take 1-2 hours or more. He does not diagnose the problem nor does he explain how is he going to repair? As I dont know what is going on, so I accepted. He just brought a long pipe and pushed in the toilet for 2 min. checked the toilet which is working and charged 250 pounds in total for 5 minutes work. It is a mere cheating.

We called falcon to unblock a toilet. We were told it was £48 call out charge which we accepted. After 15 mins he had unblocked the toilet charged £200 labour! £248 total!!! I’m a tenant so needed an invoice for my landlord to pay which he was really unhappy about. It wasn’t paid that night and by the next day he was texting about payment by the next day evening he was threatening to take me to small claims court. The toilet blocked again the next day too! My landlord messaged him to return and unblock it properly and she would pay the invoice, he refused to return. Do not use!!
