Reasonable price & tidy job
We had a jackdaw nest in our roofing area caused by squirrels chewing a hole in the fascia. We needed somebody to take a section of the gutter off, remove nest debris (once chicks had fledged), then install new section of fascia and attach bird combs. A different company said it would be a scaffolding job and wanted to take some of the roof off which was overkill. Craig however quoted a very reasonable price, stayed in touch and when he needed to change the day kept us in the loop. Did the job with minimal disruption and highly efficient. Fantastic Work
Craig was working across the road, and provided a very prompt, competitive quote next day. He and Lewis always arrived early, got loads done each day, and kept us informed. Quality job and to budget

1930s soffits and fascias replacement
The guys did a great job replacing our old wooden soffits & fascias with new plastic ones, replacing all the leaky old gutters, and fitting chimney cowls. Very happy with the results, all the details were tidy. Unfortunately, Craig was unable to remove the old aerial, but this was a minor detail of the job. We pleased with how Craig and the team coordinated all the work within a tight timeframe to a high standard: they were always prompt and diligent, with great communications from start to finish, as well as being friendly and respectful. We are specialists in Coastline cement and UPVC cladding boards and replacing old roofline with new UPVC roof line products and we also do outside painting .
It does not matter how big or small the job is or how far or near, we never let anyone down and get quotes out within 7 days of a site visit.
Our aim is your recommendations and we treat each job and property with 110% care to detail. We ask for no deposit only payment on completion as we know at Fantastic Fascias we do a fantastic job on every job we do and no less.
When we do a site visit to your property we will take no longer than 30 minutes of your time (guaranteed). Craig will be the person you will deal with from the first visit at your home and will also be doing the fitting and making sure its to you complete satisfaction and also after care as we believe in dealing with the same person from start to finish.
