Quality job and to budget

1930s soffits and fascias replacement
The guys did a great job replacing our old wooden soffits & fascias with new plastic ones, replacing all the leaky old gutters, and fitting chimney cowls. Very happy with the results, all the details were tidy. Unfortunately, Craig was unable to remove the old aerial, but this was a minor detail of the job. We pleased with how Craig and the team coordinated all the work within a tight timeframe to a high standard: they were always prompt and diligent, with great communications from start to finish, as well as being friendly and respectful. From my experience, Craig is fair in his pricing and does quality work
Craig was personable and responsive from the start. He arrived when he said he would, carried out a quality job for a fair price, and cleared up very thoroughly afterwards. Panic bay roof leak fixed in less than 24 hrs from initial call for help.
Called Craig, one day, he was here the next and problem sorted. Can't fault the guy or his team. No fuss, no excessive pricing, and all cleared up after. 100% 1st number to call for any further planned work all on the back of a panic repair job. We have no salesman or sub-contractors and low over heads, so we can offer a great, top quality service with what we believe are top of the market products that everyone can afford.
The work we do is from a simple new window to a whole new roof, fascia's, soffits, guttering, cladding flat / slate / tiled roofs repointing of verges, valleys, hip tiles and chimneys, windows & doors, External painting
We are specialists in Coastline cement and UPVC cladding boards and replacing old roofline with new UPVC roof line products and we also do outside painting .
It does not matter how big or small the job is or how far or near, we never let anyone down and get quotes out within 7 days of a site visit.
Our aim is your recommendations and we treat each job and property with 110% care to detail. We ask for no deposit only payment on completion as we know at Fantastic Fascias we do a fantastic job on every job we do and no less.
When we do a site visit to your property we will take no longer than 30 minutes of your time (guaranteed). Craig will be the person you will deal with from the first visit at your home and will also be doing the fitting and making sure its to you complete satisfaction and also after care as we believe in dealing with the same person from start to finish.
