Stan clearly can’t be bothered. Took him ages to complete the original tests, even longer to provide a quote for the remedial works and then just didn’t respond. Really unprofessional, time waster. Find someone else.

This client contacted me some time ago to carry out a EICR report, which I have done in a timely manner. I then sent him the invoice which he took about 6 weeks to pay, his reason for not paying earlier was that he went away on holiday. He then asked me to send a quoting to do the remedial work which I did, but then starting to feel sick and coming down with covid I could not do any work for a few weeks. As I started showing signs of long covid I couldn’t motivate myself and couldn’t get out of bed in the mornings, so I told the client that I was not feeling well and couldn’t do any work but he obviously was not happy with this hence the negative review.
