I would highly recommend Fern Plumbing and Heating. Jamie did a terrific job of fitting an unvented hot water cylinder in my loft and was very thorough even down to cleaning up when the job was completed.

Really helpful and didn’t try to upsell me work that wasn’t required.

Jamie was so honest and helpful. My bath has been slow draining and getting worse. He fitted me in while he was in my area, sorted the issue and answered my queries about possible changes to my bath at a later date. He advised that the work might not be needed! I will be retaining his number for all future plumbing work.

Jamie contacted me within 10 mins of my enquiry and attended my home within 90 mins even though it wasn’t an emergency. He gave me a quote on what he felt was the most likely outcome I’d need and also a cheaper quote if the repair was more straightforward. Once he attended and assessed the job he confirmed my options and we agreed a way forward and the job was completed in the one visit. Excellent service excellent cost and great communication skills and service overall.

Super quick response and flexible on times. Actually completed the work while we were away, sent a video and pictures upon completion and was happy to accept payment by BACS later on. Really easy to work with and job completed to high standard.
