Full rewire, new lights and fire alarms
Extremely impressed from start to finish. The price was very reasonable and much lower than quoted by others. I actually paid almost the same price for a 4 bed full rewire, new lights and 2 smoke alarms as I did for a few modifications in my old house with a different electrician. The standard of workmanship was exceptional and I would not use anyone else in the future. Andrew worked with the builder, kitchen fitter, plumber and painters to co-ordinate our full refurbishment. Highly recommended to all my family and friends.

New kitchen lighting, new lighting in 2 bedrooms, new double socket, outside security light

Upgrade of existing fire alarm system, including install of additional emergency lighting, additional emergency call points, install of combination electromagnetic door lock and fire curtain. Andrew also upgraded our nurse call bell system.
After being overcharged and under whelmed by our existing fire safety company a tradesman colleague suggested approaching firex. After initial contact I was replied to in a timely manner, with a competitive cost for a range of work. Firex (Andrew) visited and undertook the work when he said he would, completing all work to a high standard, with minimal mess and disruption to our business. Andrew gave good advice and was knowledgeable of products available to meet our needs. I would not hesitate to recommend firex, who continue to undertake a maintenance contract as well as install new equipment.

New emergency lighting and fire alarm systems fitted.
Andy has been absolutely fantastic. He is true to his word, honest, trustworthy and works to the dates he promises. He is very understanding, and we couldn’t have asked for more. We highly recommend him for all types of electrical work.
