Supplied and fitted a fireplace, when a problem arose with the fitting they responded and resolved it promptly. The gas engineers in particular deserve a mention, polite, tidy, punctual and informative.

Steve was punctual, polite and clean throughout completing the job. He explained what he was doing at various stages and demonstrated the fire before leaving.

Very pleased with the removal of an old fireplace and the installation of a new electric stove. Thanks to Tony for all his help with sorting us out regarding the sizing of the void to make sure the new fire would look neither too big or too small which was perfect. Steve and Steve both did a brilliant job, polite, hardworking and they made sure everything was covered with dust sheets, thank you. The work was complete within two days. Chris and his team we very professional- keeping to their timing and the two Steve’s that came and fitted the fireplace were extremely tidy, very polite and went the extra mile by coming back on a Saturday to complete the job before our evening party. From visiting Fireplaces Direct showroom in Basingstoke, my initial discussions about products, fireplace base, the remodelling g work required through to receiving the quotation and confirming installation date everything I was advised would be done was done and the work was completed to a very high standard in the timescale advised. The fitters were obviously very experienced, treated my property with respect even to removing their shoes when entering my house. They cleared up after themselves every day.
