Recently we had a fault with our boiler, and this resulted in us having no hot water. No problems we thought we had a maintenance and service contact with a reputable supplier and we called them out. Long story short they let us down. We then spoke with FirmusHeat. They visited us with 24 hours and after inspecting the boiler and all components they advised that they did not understand the advice we had received and would be able to rectify the problem very quickly. A report and quote quickly followed and the work instigated and completed with 2-3 days. !00% excellent service and we would recommend them

Steve and his team just installed a new system boiler for me. I was provided with a quote which was fair and competitive. The works were completed to a high standard and the job wasn't rushed and no corners were cut. I will definitely be using Steve and his team again. Thank you!

Diagnosis and replacement of faulty relay. Patient, thoughtful, and effective correction of fault with power supply to hot water service. System performing reliably since work completed. Very much appreciated.

Work was replacement radiator on rear wall that had been lowered to accommodate a larger window. Visited site and proposed new radiator size to fit in shorter space, but still give sufficient heat . Promptly provided a written quote. Turned up on time , completed the work to a high standard and left the site tidy and free from rubbish (including the old skirting) . Installers were polite and removed footwear (without being asked) whilst draining the other radiators in the house. 2nd time we have used Firmus Heat.

Contacted through my son’s recommendation. Quick response. Came to house very quickly. Managed to resolve issue with no mess or disruption.
