Michael was very knowledgeable when talking through the options with us after our old boiler finally decided enough was enough. Installation day (and a bit) was a breeze. Very tidy, professional and neat job. All unneeded items that were removed were taken away. Our home has a modern feel to it now Thankyou Mike for a wonderful job well done. Booked a Boiler service for our house sale. On receipt of the certificate, it stated a gas safety check instead and when we sent it to our solicitors and agent, it was refused by both parties. When speaking with the company, I was specifically told that it was a service form and that the correct work has been done. However, we later had to book a separate boiler service with a different company which did correctly service the boiler and supply a correct form. I had emailed and got no response and am shocked with the customer service. We first spoke to the customer on 11.05.24, when we discussed his requirements thoroughly and advised him fully of the following options, Annual Service / Full Service He called back on 18.06.24 asking for Annual Service on his boiler and we attended 20th June. Unfortunately, issues were discovered during the service that the customer asked us NOT to document on the certificate, but we included due to our legal responsibility. The customer said on 21.06.24 his buyer “rejected” our certificate. We explained to customer and Estate Agents, the difference between the two, and both said everything was fine, later receiving a text on 04.07.24 thanking us and "all was good." We now believe the buyer had asked for a Full Service prior to completion of his property, thus rendering our Service irrelevant, we also believe our certificate was "rejected" as it detailed the issues that the customer did not want noted. The customer asked for monetary compensation towards another engineer’s costs for doing the Full Service, but we’d undertaken work as requested, following Gas Safety regulations. We’re sorry the customer took the decision to leave a negative review and we respectfully rebuke any suggestion of our commitment for customer satisfaction.

Mike fitted a wireless thermostat system, replaced our kitchen tap with a better brand, and made a few small adjustments. He did a fantastic job.
