Efficient, arrived at scheduled time and carried out the work. Pleasant and polite.

They came to fix our freezer and they unscrewed the door from our built-in freezer and left, blaming the issue on the door. Obviously that wasn’t the case because it was still broken. They came back when we complained and they randomly said it was the fan (again, total nonsense as they replaced the fan and our freezer was STILL broken). Having already spent £150+, we asked if they could come back and fix the freezer properly. They said they would, but we never heard from them again. We went with a different company and it was fixed instantly. Absolute waste of time and terrible timing.

Very quick to provide a quote and look at the issue however my freezer is still not working. Lower costs/call out initially however did not instil me with confidence after charging over £100 to use a hairdryer to remove ice from my freezer only to have the same issue again 2 weeks later. I was then told the fan needed replacing but again the same problem returned. Commmunication has not been great and I am back to square one, resulting in me having to pay someone else to resolve the issue as this company failed to do so despite many promises.
