The repair was done promptly and the price was good

F&F are trying to bill me almost £80 for a quote. At no point was I told I would be billed for a standard quote and it also doesn't mention this on their website. The plumber that visited specifically to quote ended up making one of the rad valves leak worse than before. I didn't receive the quote until 6 weeks after the visit, when I called to complain. I tried resolving through F&F before writing this review but instead of a response to my last email, I received a letter in the post demanding payment.

The chap that came was friendly fast and efficient. Nothing was to much trouble?? Thank you ????

Excellent service from booking arrangements through to installation. Rob was professional, courteous and worked very quickly and efficiently. He also offered advice on maintenance etc. We were very pleased with the service

Left stranded without heating and hot water for a week with it freezing outside and 2 children in the house. They came and told us it was a circuit board and they would have to order it but should be in next day and then kept postponing date to come back and fix despite part sat there waiting. So still no hot water/heating..would not recommend, they just fob you off. Was told on Weds someone would definitely be out Friday..Friday arrives and they tell me can't come till Monday. Not trustworthy at all.

Left us with a leak in a cupboard after job , had to return next day to rectify. Felt overcharged for parts .
