Tony and Kamber did an absolutely outstanding job restoring my wooden floors and bringing them back to life, the transformation is incredible and they now look stunning. The work was completed to a very high standard, and the attention to detail throughout was exceptional. Tony and Kamber were professional, hardworking, and meticulous, making sure the floors were restored to their full potential with a flawless finish. A special mention also to Adie, who provided excellent customer service from start to finish.

The team has worked on our home twice (we love their work). Sadly both times, the final invoice was significantly higher than the estimate, this time up from c.£1,800 to £2,800. When I called to discuss this, a staff member raised their voice and threatened court action if I didn’t pay. My complaint was that our initial estimate included two coats of classic lacquer and a primer, but we chose a colour finish instead. We were charged £355 for the colour and still billed for the unused lacquer and primer they didn't have to put down. For reference, the colour is only £10 a bottle more expensive

I had a large area of floor sanded. Tony and Kamber arrived on schedule and were polite, friendly and respectful towards me and of my home. They were happy to answer my questions and effortlessly resolved some challenges with awkward areas. They were efficient and did a first class job. I would definitely use this company again.

Fantastic communications and understanding following a 3 month postponement by me due to hospitilisation. The work was undertaken on time and finished ahead of time. Brilliant quality workmanship and a real pleasure to have Tony and Leo working in the house, with lots of tips on maintenance and cleaning. Very, very impressed all round.

Kamber and Tony did an outstanding job sanding our floors. They were meticulous throughout—careful in their approach, incredibly tidy, and clearly skilled at what they do. They arrived on time every day and kept everything moving smoothly. They also gave great advice about removing the fire hearth and how best to fill the gaps, which really helped us make the right decisions. The final result is beautiful, and we’re genuinely so glad we didn’t try to tackle it ourselves—this was definitely a job for professionals. Highly recommend them if you want quality and a hassle-free experience
