Anthony, the owner of Flow Sure, has just attended my house and sorted out a blocked drain we had. Firstly, he's a really nice guy and someone I felt I could trust. He fixed the problem for a fixed fee, which was many times cheaper than the big boys who advertise this type of service. He also sorted the problem within half an hour and fully explained what had caused the problem in the first place. I don't normally put reviews on here, but in this instance, I'm very happy to do so. I will certainly recommend him to our friends group.

Phoned mid-morning and Tony said he could visit early afternoon (he later text to say he could arrive a little earlier). he arrived on time and very quickly jetted the blocked drain - but then said he wasn't happy with the flow when I tested the toilet. He sent the camera down and found there was still a partial blockage so jetted again; toilet flush was now satisfactory but he still checked again with the camera. All carried out in pouring rain with great skill and professionalism and at a very reasonable price.

I’ve used Flow Sure a couple of times now and really rate them. My tenants had a blocked kitchen drain which I reported on the Flow Sure chat late one evening. We immediately got an appointment to fit with when they could be at home - communication with them is excellent. My tenant was delighted when the job was completed in a few minutes … ‘He’s sorted it - super quick!! He was a lovely man too’. No hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending Flow Sure Drains

Anthony came round on a Saturday within a few minutes of my call. He gave an expert opinion on my issue, was absolutely courteous and very good value. Would definitely use again.

Requested a quote regarding a blocked household drain on Friday evening, and at 9am the following morning (today), Anthony was at my house sorting it out! Really good communication, friendly, personable guy. Would highly, HIGHLY recommend!!
