The guttering was full and didn't have the correct fall, so water was pouring over the top by our front door. It was difficult to access the guttering, but Andy and Scott managed to get to it via an adjacent roof. They always get the job done, efficiently and without any fuss.

My chimney cowl was dislodged during Storm Bert, and left in danger of falling off completely and causing damage to my roof, my car, and my neighbour's property. I phoned F&J on Saturday morning and Andy came to look at the chimney within an hour. He had a quote with me on Monday, which I accepted on Thursday (after investigating alternative quotes). He arranged scaffolders for Friday, came and did the job while they were on site, and they cleared up and left the same day - just ahead of the next storm coming through. Excellent service. Folan and Johnson were extremely efficient and tidy throughout the reroof on two blocks of flat of 400 sq meters. Completed job within correct time frame that was given and communicated on all progress. Would highly recommend.
