    Firstly they were prepared to undertake an on-site survey (Alex) and propose a solution which admittedly was more than I was expecting but Alex was able to explain the issues which gave me confidence. The installation went very smoothly with Andrew and Liam going the extra mile to ensure a great customer experience.

Placed order upon receipt of the quotation and kept informed of when the work will be carried out. The team who carried out the work were very courteous and made sure I knew what they were going to do and that I was happy. Excellent customer service all round. No obligation site surveys by an experienced surveyor (not salesman), installs by fully trained fitters (not subcontractors), and installation spot checks by both myself as the business owner as well as the manufactures are just a few ways we ensure the service we provide is carried out to the highest of standards.  This maintains a reputation as a leading specialist in the south which is reflected by the fact we are approved and recommend by the manufacturers.
