Can't highly recommend Fusion Fireplaces enough after the installation of our new fireplace surround and wood burner. They were so helpful through all the steps and options. Communication was brilliant throughout and excellently managed installation.

Paul from Fusion Fireplaces is very friendly engineer and fully qualified gas engineer. They came on time and removed the fire place from the wall, which allowing us to release the pigeon. Also, replaced a new gas pipe, cleaned and polished my fire place, which I was not expected. The cost of service is very reasonable and good service indeed. I definitely will use them in the future. Also, it is lovely family run business.

Really great experience from the booking via Theresa which was clear and helpful through to the timely appointment and quality of the work performed by Paul and Nicole who clearly know their stuff - ace!

Excellent in every respect. From our visit to the showroom to the installation Theresa and Paul were efficient and friendly. We were very impressed with the quality of communication and the standard of work on the day. We love our new fire particularly on a bitterly cold day like today!
