From the time we received our quote through to the installation of Bi Fold doors and a new front door we have been very pleased with the helpfulness of staff and the general level of communication keeping us informed every step of the way. Installation Day went as planned with the installers taking care of our property and doing a very professional and tidy job.

Customer service was excellent and the replacement of a small double glazed window was done very quickly and professionally. No job seemed too small for Futureglaze Windows. Would thoroughly recommend.

Genuinely one of the best experiences we have had making a large scale purchase for the house! Tom was more like a 'friend that knows' rather than a pushy salesman. Delme & Denis fitted the new windows and doors through the entire house in two days and left it more clean and tidy than any other tradesmen we've worked with before! Finally, when a minor bit of post-installation care was needed, Nicky came out and got it sorted quickly and professionally. The people on the phone were always polite, there were no stupid questions, no pushy sales techniques and the end result is fantastic!
