My TV feed (from a communal aerial) was not working correctly. Dealing with the problem was slightly complicated, but excellent communication meant that it was always clear what was happening. Gerry arrived promptly. After a quick assessment and on his advice, I decided to follow a different (and cheaper) path than planned/expected. The work we agreed on was completed quickly and with no fuss. Gerry was polite and friendly and offered clear and sensible advice. What could have been a difficult was made easy. I am very happy with his work and his way of doing business.

I have had on going Internet and tv issues which had got beyond frustrating. Gerry spent 3 hrs reviewing and sorting my issues. He was kniwkedgeable, thorough and experienced in all matters required ( tv sky internet ). I would recommend mind him highly.

I had a problem yesterday when my TV aerial broke leaving me without TV. I rank my local go to and long established and trusted guy who turned up at as promised at 0900, well five minutes early as it happened . He had a new assault course to navigate his way around my solar panels but the repair was carried out in good time and in perfect weather, nice that.

Job involved fitting a new tv aerial and cable Gerry Bezer from Futurevision arrived at the agreed time and removed the old cable and aerial before fitting the new installation. He was proficient and work was to a high standard and completed on time . The cost was fair and reasonable. I would recommend him and use his services again.

Excellent service, came over on Good Friday, very amiable, advised and installed a aerial in my new home, sorted a technical problem, all done in a comparatively short time. Have used Gerry before, will certainly use him again.
