  Replacement Velux window

  Terry responded promptly to our request about replacing a Velux window. As a children’s mental health charity, we appreciated his flexibility in working around our therapy sessions. He visited at a convenient time, carefully assessed the issue, and—amazingly—fixed it, saving us the cost of a replacement which would have been very expensive! Every saving matters to our work, and we’re incredibly grateful. Terry was kind, professional, and generous. We can’t recommend him highly enough.
