They cut my neighbour's tree, I gave permission for them to enter my garden, but they broke my lights, stood on my plants, and left large branches when I asked them to please be a little bit more careful. They then left all branches over hanging my property and wouldn't come back to fix the problem, even though I offered to pay, despite me being really friendly. Not a great attitude for running a business, a nice conversation about it would have been fine.

Garnett Hill acted professionally, friendly, gave useful advice and did the job as agreed. So satisfied I immediately booked him another job.

Our apple tree was blown down by Storm Eunice on the Friday. It crashed through our fence and completely blocked our neighbour's access path. Daren was with us promptly the next day (Saturday) to quote for the job; we received the estimate on the Sunday which we were happy with and Daren arrived to clear the tree from the fence and the path first thing on the Monday morning. He cleared the whole tree and ground out the stump. We are very happy with his work.
