Company with integrity
Was recommended to this family run company by an estate agent. He said they had integrity and honesty. They didn’t have an appointment for a few days as was fully booked. They were very patient when I phoned (regularly) for an earlier appointment. The survey was carried out and and was clear, easy to understand and very informative. The surveyor called to discuss results too. She was patient and clear and helped me understand. It was so refreshing to deal with people that listened, understood and were helpful. Damp treatment in basement flat
This is the second time I have used Garratt's, and both times I have found them very professional, knowledgable and courteous. They charge for their surveys, but the surveys are very thorough. I was able to arrange the work to be done at quite short notice, and several people took the time to discuss details with me. They are clean and tidy while doing the work, and with the first damp job I had done (on a different area) I have had no problems, Thanks for a great service!Job location: N510 Rising Damp

Dampwork

Full house and garage damp assessment and report
