  From start to finish of job Josh was professional, polite and efficient. Did a really good job. Tidied up after job and took time to show me how to use my new boiler. Advised me if had any issues to call him and he would pop in to help. Nothing too much trouble and feel really confident about job done and after service. So refreshing as I have had some really bad experiences with workmen.

  David of GBS is the best and most reliable Gas Safe engineer I have ever come accross. I would highly recommend him. He is not only professional and highly competent, he is affable and answered my questions with detailed explanations. David sorted out all the problems created by the original boiler installer and further ones created by the second engineer who rectified some of the original problems but missed others. David then corrected the remaining issues raised by the Ariston service engineer plus added some improvements. Lorraine handles the bookings with courtesy and professionalism.

This family run business are highly professional in every way and provide you with complete confidence in any work undertaken. David is an outstanding boiler specialist with a wealth of knowledge and many years experience which is enhanced by Lorraine whose friendly persona and customer service skills are exceptional. After being told by numerous tradesmen that we needed a new boiler, David assessed the issue and was able to rectify it immediately and fix the overflow leak without having to replace the boiler.

• Installation of a new gas boiler

  The work was carried out quickly, efficiently and to a high standard. The team went the extra mile to ensure the cement work where the old flue had been was made good and blended in as much as possible. They even cleared out a drain that was full of dead leaves. They arrived and left when they said they would and Lorraine in the office has been brilliant throughout - excellent scheduling and communication. And to top it all, the price was reasonable. I would recommend this company to anybody.
