Had a boiler go out completely. Phoned up at 5pm and Rikki responded (whilst on holiday) and told me he’d come round to diagnose at 10am the next day. Quickly quoted a new boiler and had it fitted by 1pm the next day, incl arranging a cherry picker within 24hrs to access my 3rd floor flat. Rikki was calm, respectful and communicative. Genuinely felt I’d stumbled on one of the best plumbers in town! Highly highly recommend

He took time to talk us through everything required, considered all relevant options, and then both sourced the necessary parts and resolved the faults in record-breaking time. Excellent experience- oil service booked in promptly, replacement part arrived a few days later. Even managed to fix an urgent leak that suddenly appeared!

HUGE *THANK YOU* to Rikki who showed up late at night when no other contractors were responsive and, quickly found the root of the problem and saved us from carbon monoxide poisoning which was not dealt with properly by another service provider. Literally a LIFE SAVER. Credit to the profession.
