Matthew was excellent all round: he responded to my query very quickly (just before Christmas), was extremely efficient and polite and kept me informed throughout the process. He fixed a bathroom leak and a boiler problem, eventually fitting a new boiler with all the paperwork (again very quickly and just before Christmas). I would absolutely recommend using Matthew and Gas Flo Pro.

Matthew Langsdon from GasFlowPro did a superb job and went to great lengths to solve the problem. He was punctilious in his time-keeping and in responding to calls/emails. I recommend his company very highly.

While the system was empty, they checked everything, including the boiler. In addition to work contracted for, they replace 3 more thermostatic radiator valves and one item in the boiler. Cleaned magnetic trap which annual boiler service had failed to do. Problem getting the system running again - spent a total of 11.25 hours here. Job done very satisfactorily. Surprised they don’t do card payments but accepted a cheque.

When my 90 year old mother's boiler broke in the middle of a cold snap I was very worried but Matt came straight out and sorted a new boiler. The job was far from easy but Matt stuck to his quote. Very neat work and his team worked incredibly hard. Friendly, polite, honest and very patient, Matt was a brilliant find. Highly recommended!

Matt is an easy going, polite guy who did an excellent job removing a gas connecting pipe from my kitchen, the work carried out was clean, tidy and to a very high standard. He double checked the whole system as well as making sure a few other bits were all in order for good measure, I would highly recommend Mat to anyone that needs any kind of plumbing work done.

I'm a landlord with a tenant due to move in next week and needed a gas safety check asap. I contacted Matt on Sunday and he carried out the work the very next day. Only took him about half an hour, he was very friendly, did a good job and I will use him again in future.
