• The need to rapidly replace a window pane

  Through Checkatrade I found Glassmaster on 2/2 (AM). Brian was extremely helpful and he re-directed two of his workforce to come to my house the same afternoon and renew the pane before they went on to their planned next job. The two gentlemen were quick, tidy and polite. All in all a small but excellent job, to enable me to secure my house quickly.

• To repair a upvc window which wasn't closing properly.

  I sent them some photos and a description of the problem. From this information they said that the probable cure would be to replace the hinges, but couldn't be certain until they inspected. They advised that the cost would be about £150 inclusive of VAT. They attend within their given two hour time slot, and replaced the hinges after which the window operated perfectly. The job was done in about an hour and the fitters were friendly, tidy and obviously well skilled. The invoice was a few pounds over the estimate due to the type of hinges. I am very impressed and would use them again.
